Jenny Tarbox, PhD, HSPP
Psychological Testing & Practice Owner
My goal is for every patient to reach their full potential.
I’m a strong believer that we all have the capacity to shine, and comprehensive testing is the most effective way to determine what’s causing your road blocks so we can effectively navigate them. My evaluations illuminate the factors holding a person back in the classroom, workplace, or daily life and provide in-depth recommendations for how to address them. With over two decades of experience, I have seen firsthand how a thorough evaluation can be life-changing at any age.
I approach each evaluation with curiosity and care, delving into an individual’s social-emotional functioning, considering environmental influences, and exploring how they process information. This process allows me to uncover the root causes of learning, attentional, developmental, and social-emotional difficulties, and to chart a clear path forward for clients of all ages.
I am deeply committed to staying at the forefront of my field. I have completed the intensive ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (CCSP) program, which keeps me current on the latest research in ADHD neurobiology and equips me to deliver the most effective, evidence-based strategies for managing ADHD, whether for a child navigating school or an adult navigating their career. I also provide comprehensive autism evaluations that include the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), a gold-standard tool that enables me to offer clients clear, research-based answers and actionable recommendations.
What truly inspires me is helping individuals and families gain an understanding of the unique strengths that exist alongside the challenges that led them to pursue testing. I strive to ensure every patient feels seen, understood, and most of all empowered by the perspective they’ve obtained through the evaluation process. I see each evaluation as an investment in one’s future, offering clarity, self-understanding, and direction. My goal is simple: to provide the highest level of support, insight, and guidance so that every patient can reach their fullest potential.
