Autism services for individuals, groups, and families.
At Bloom, we are committed to supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families through every stage of their journey — from early identification to ongoing care. Our team offers empathetic, evidence-based services to help children, teens, and families better understand autism and access meaningful support for thriving at home, school, and in the community.
Dr. Vicki Roe offers early childhood autism evaluations for children ages 14 to 47 months through Indiana’s Early Autism Evaluation Hub system. These assessments are designed to provide earlier diagnosis and faster access to services during a critical window for intervention. Each evaluation includes a developmental history, caregiver interview, brief physical exam, and administration of the STAT (Screening Tool for Autism in Toddlers and Young Children), followed by detailed feedback and a written report with recommendations.
Dr. Roe also provides medication management for children and adolescents with autism and related conditions. While medication does not address the core symptoms of autism, it can be helpful in managing challenges such as anxiety, attention difficulties, sleep concerns, and mood regulation.
Caroline Caress, BCBA, offers individual ABA therapy to help children build critical skills and reduce challenging behaviors, along with family consultation to support a structured, nurturing home environment.
Whether your child is beginning the diagnostic process or navigating ongoing developmental needs, Bloom is here to walk with you — every step of the way.
