Adrianna Caballero, PhD

Psychological Testing

I believe every individual has the ability to thrive with the right support and understanding.

I joined Bloom in 2024 as a post-doctoral fellow, providing comprehensive psychological assessments for school-aged children through adults. My goal is to give families meaningful insights into strengths and areas of need, helping them develop individualized strategies for growth and success. I view assessment not just as data, but as a way to understand the whole person and their unique story. Every person has strengths and potential; my role is to uncover them and help them thrive.

I’m passionate about helping students and families build practical skills for resilience and long-term success. Beyond assessments, I collaborate with schools and community organizations to lead workshops on executive functioning and emotional regulation, equipping groups with tools they can use every day.

At the core of my work is a deep appreciation for the diverse experiences and perspectives each individual brings. Listening and understanding are essential to helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. I’m also committed to systems change, social justice, and promoting equity in communities and institutions, advocating for these values through both professional and personal efforts.

I’m excited to be part of Bloom’s mission to support families with clarity, compassion, and care, providing insights and strategies that help individuals thrive.
