Vickie Dalton, PsyD, HSPP
Therapy
Bring positive change to your life.
As a licensed psychologist, I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to bring positive change into their lives. I believe that it is through honest self-exploration that we learn why we do what we do and how we can make deep and lasting changes. I focus on accountability and ownership, not blame and shaming thought patterns. It is my goal to provide a safe but honest place to do this work and provide my clients with the framework to create that change.
My direct style is appreciated by my clients, especially those facing challenges of divorce, depression, life transitions, and co-parenting. I work to help my clients be mindful of their thoughts and behaviors so they feel more in control of their emotions and choices. My areas of special interest also include guiding families through divorce, grief and loss, chronic pain, eating disorders, as well as helping adolescents and young adults transition to successful adulthood.
I joined Bloom in 2023 and am thrilled to be able to deliver individual therapy for clients ages 10 and up, as well as couples and family therapy and co-parent coaching. In addition to my therapy and co-parent coaching clients, I am also involved in criminal forensic consultation and lecture regionally on a variety of topics.

The results
“Vickie is that unusual professional who combines deep expertise in her own discipline with an eagerness and ability to extend her skills into new areas. In my work with her, she’s taken her clinical practice and applied it with great aplomb to senior business-management situations. Her humble confidence makes her far more than a narrow specialist.”
— Nick Palmer, Partner, BTD Consulting
“Above all, Dr. Vickie Dalton is a straight shooter. After many years of professional involvement with Dr. Dalton, she has always been direct and willing to speak the truth and say what needs to be said, rather than what the listener wants to hear. She is incisive and intuitive in her assessments and opinions. And, Dr. Dalton’s presentation, both in and out of court, is articulate, well reasoned, and confident.”
— Alan Bouwkamp, Founding Partner at Becker, Bouwkamp and Walker
